The Wines: (Spring 1997)

Whites:

1995 Chardonnay:
Tropical fruit on the nose of pineapple, banana and coconut with a hint of butterscotch on the finish. Barrel fermented.

Reds:
1995 Pinot Noir-Merlot: Strawberry jam and vanilla on the nose with a long spicy cherry finish. This wine spent eight months on oak.
$12.95/bottle, $132.09/case

1995 Merlot: Lots of cherry and berry up front with a hint of anise on the finish. This wine spent 15 months on oak and will benefit greatly from a year in your cellar.

1994 Reserve Merlot: Made from the winemaker's favorite two barrels of 1994 Merlot. This reserve is smooth and fruit forward. Enjoy the long finish with enough rounded tannins to continue cellaring.

1994 Cabernet Sauvignon, Elerding Vineyard: The big fruit of this wine is matched by equal amounts of oak and tannins. A well structured wine which will cellar long and well.

Other:
Fran's Wine: A blush table wine, light and fruity with a hint of sweet that enhances the Sauvignon Blanc grape from which it is made.
$6.45/bottle, $65.79/case

1995 Late Harvest Semillon: Dessert in a glass! This wine has pears on the nose and pallet. Residual sugar 7%.
$9.95/bottle (375ml), $101.52/case

Case prices reflect a 15% discount. This 15% discount is also available on mixed cases.
