Featuring The Asparagus Festival

The Asparagus Festival starts at 6:30 Friday night with a lavish dinner
prepared by celebrity chef Emily Moore of Seattle with 4 wines selected by
Brian Carter.  The price is $30 per person.  This dinner sells out early

Saturday and Sunday, the festival is in full swing.  With fresh asparagus
to buy, cooked asparagus to eay, and asparagus related gifts, souvenirs
and art to enjoy!

Brian Carter and the winemaking staff will be pouring tastes of 1997
Outlook Vineyard Barrel Fermented Chardonnay, O'Conner Vineyard Pinot Noir
and Smith Canyon Merlot right from the barrels!

Taste Washington Hills W. B. Bridgman wines in the tasting room and lobby
area, tastes of Apex wines will be 3 for $5.
