We are proud to introduce our 1984 Vintage Methode Champenoise Sparkling Wine. Quietly aging for 12 years, our very special sparkling wine has delicate, clean flavors and bubbles that last and last. Very limited - only 30 cases produced. * Spring planting has begun At the farm on the Wahluke Slope we have planted over 5000 new Merlot vines which will increase that variety to 15 acres. Additional plantings of Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon are scheduled as well. We've invested in a wind machine to help protect the vineyard if we have any more damaging freezes. In our tasting room we will offer our new release, the 1996 Johannisberg Riesling along with our regular line of estate grown and bottled wines. The Tri-Cities Sunrise Rotary Club presents the 1st annual Pacific Northwest 1997 Bloom & Blush Festival April 4, 5, 6 at the new TRAC facility in Pasco, WA. This unique event, the first of its kind, pairs charitable groups with Northwest Wineries, Micro-Breweries, and food vendors. Stewart Vineyards has been paired with the Benton-Franklin Humane Society. In our 1950's themed booth, complete with juke box, Harley-Davidson and other surprises, we will be raising funds for a new and larger Humane Society facility.
