May 3,4	 1pm-4pm	Wine & Crab Festival

Don't miss our May event when we pair up threee brand new wines with one
of the most acclaimed delicacies in the Pacific Northwest.  We'll be
featuring our Semillon/Chardonnay, Semillon and a new White Meritage
blend, all paired with delicious Dungeness crab!  We'll begin serving at
1:00pm and keep the pots boiling until 4:00pm.  Admission is only $3.00
and includes your tasting glass, and each serving of crabis only $5.00.

June 22,  12am-5pm	3rd Annual Chili Cook-off

Every year in June we gather at our sparkling Cellars to taste the
creative concoctions whipped up by some of the Northwest's finest chili
chefs.  After an afternoon of tasting, we select the best in an Open and a
Founders Division.  The winner receives a hand carved, etched magnum of
Silver Lake wine.  If you think your recipe has what it takes to win this
years event, call now to sign up to cook.  If you're not up to the
cooking, but just want to taste and vote, be in Woodinville on Sunday June
22nd.

April 17	Fume/Sauvignon Blanc Tasting

One of our favorite varietals will be featured in our first tasting of the
2nd quarter.  We'll feature some of the finest examples of Sauvignon Blanc
from around the world.  A Sancerre from France, a terrific wine from New
Zealand, even wine from the emerging vineyards in South Africa.  Don't
miss this great tasting!  $15.00

May 15		Pinot Noir Tasting

Some of the most sought after wines in the world are made from this
delicate, some would sy finickey grape.  We'll learn why winemakers all
over the world consider Pinot Noir to be the ultimate challenge.  Expect
to taste wines from Oregon, California, and of course, the Burgundy region
of France.  $15.00

June 19		Chardonnay Tasting

It's no secret that the most popular varietal in the world is Chardonnay.
And Silver Lake produces some of the finest examples of Columbia Valley
Chardonnay.  In addition to our wines, we'll sample the king of white
wines from Burgundy, Australia, California, Italy and other growing
regions around the world.  $15.00

June 5		Winemaker's Dinner

Eric Eisenberg, chef at Relais (Formerly Gerard's Relais de Lyon), in
Bothell, will join us in Woodinville to prepare a five course meal
designed especially to complement our wines.  Local legend Gerard Parrat
searched a long time to find the right person to replace him in the
kitchen.  A great dinner, prepared by a great chef.  $50.00

April 12,13	Cellar Rat Days

This is your chance to blend and bottle your very own Chardonnay and
Merlot.  You'll also be able to customize your own personal labels to
identify your wines for gift giving, or cellaring.  We'll be open noon to
5:00pm both Saturday and Sunday with winemakers on hand to help you with
your blends.  FREE


Each 2 hour Comparative Tasting is only $150.00.  At each tasting, we'll
give you a $10.00 discount on a full case of the varietal being featured.
