We meet at the winery between 9-10 for coffee and a nosh or two. Around 10 a.m. we'll crank up our semi-automatic,hand-operated, digitally enabled, orally enhanced, pedally ameliorated bottling line with you as an integral part. If you show some dexterity (or even malevolence) we may let you capsule and label a few bottles. Around noon we''ll break for our traditonal vintner's lunch with appropriate libations, of course After lunch, we'll whip you back on the bottling line, finish whatever we're doin' clean up and whew, call it a day. If you're interested, we'll also be having a special winemaker's dinner at the Vintner's Inn .
