A Celtic Christmas at Glen Fiona

Please join us at the winery as we pipe in the holidays during the Walla
Walla Valley Holiday Barrel Tasting weekend!  Our 4th annual Holiday Open
House event will feature the following:
  * jigs, reels, and maarches performed by the celebrated Desert Thistle
    Pipe Band from Tri-Cities, WA (Saturday);
  * a Roburt Burns oratory delivered by the Honourable Bruce Ridley of
    Spokane, WA (Saturday);
  * Irish and Scottish folk music performed byy Skweez the Weezle from
    Tri-Cities, WA (Sunday);
  * Celtic knotwork pendants displayed by Eye Stones of Walla Walla;
  * new works by Celtic soul painter J. Matthew McKern;
  * gourmet lamb haggis and bilberry scones; and of course
a tasting of the newly released 1998 Columbia Valley Syrah**
barrel sampling of Glen Fiona's 1999 Walla Walla Valley Syrah

Celebrate the season with us on Saturday & Sunday,
December 4th and 5th from 11am to 4pm.

is described by The Herb Farm Restaurant at Hedges Cellars to be "so
