History:
Coventry Vale performs crushing and winemaking services for other wineries throughout the United States, Canada, South America, Europe and Japan. In order to focus solely on the need of its custom wine and winegrape juice customers, Coventry Vale does not produce or distribute retail brands so that the best quality goes to our customers.

The winery makes premium varietal wine from grapes grown in the Columbia and Yakima Valley appellations. It has the largest capacity of any privately owned winery in Washington, and is the only winery dedicated primarily to custom crushing and winemaking.

The Wines:
Coventry Vale produces varietal wines such as Chardonnay, Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Gewurtztraminer and Chenin Blanc in styles tailored to our customers specifications. High quality premium varietal wines and wine grape juices are our specialty. Coventry Vale has the facilities and expertise to handle all aspects of winemaking. [editor's note: in the past Coventry Vale did release a sparkler.]

Winemakers:
Juergen Grieb ?-?
(Asst.) Rick Casquiro ?-?
Thomas Sans Souci 1988-1994
